Assistance Dogs of the West is a small but growing organization. Currently we are staffed with an Executive Director, an Administrative Director, a Program Director/Instructor and a number of other Instructor/Trainers.  ADW also contracts instructor/trainers to assist with program needs as they arise. Student Trainers from educational programs have the opportunity to become Student Teaching Assistants during after school and summer programs. With the increasing demand for ADW educational programs throughout the state of New Mexico, ADW will be looking for additional Instructor/Trainer support.
