About ADW

Youth Board

To increase important ADW communications and constituent connections, ADW has formed a Youth Board. The role of the ADW Youth Board is to share the opinions and values of student trainers with the ADW Board and Executive Director in support of the mission and vision of ADW.

The Youth Board members have the following charter:

Represent ADW to the youth in our community

Represent the ideas of themselves and their peers to ADW

Provide feedback and ideas on specific issues of personal interest and experience

Provide recommendations for program development and growth

Design and conduct a minimum of two fund raising activities each year

ADW is honored to have the following 2007-07 Youth Board members:

Jenson Carlgren La Mariposa Montessori School (6th grade)

Cory Felton SER Career Academy (11th grade)

Alex Johansen Desert Academy (10th grade)

Kaila Matthews St. Michael’s High School (10th grade)

Rebekah Reyes NM Academy of Science and Math (11th grade)

Taylor Thorne Santa Fe Preparatory (8th grade)
